Job Descriptions

•Responsible for the workshop process equipment facilities spare parts import and export , inventory •Receive, issue, and record spare parts according to maintenance requests. •Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement in inventory management systems. •Conduct regular stock checks (monthly/quarterly/annually) and report discrepancies. •Inspect and verify the condition of parts before storing them in designated locations. •Coordinate with subcontractor for lead time transportation •Support maintenance team by providing part information and usage history. •Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the spare parts storage area. •Stock take at internal & External warehouse

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in spare parts inventory or maintenance support (preferred).
Basic knowledge of machine parts and equipment components.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Chinese proficiency is a plus.
