Job DescriptionsProvide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, networking, and AV systems to ensure seamless operations across the organization. This role supports frontline users and helps enable the internal IT team to focus on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver support in a user-friendly manner
- Onsite support across assigned branches
