Job Descriptions
•Promote and sell our range of construction materials to contractors, project owners, and distributors •Visit customer sites, explain product benefits, and support decision-making •Work closely with internal teams (technical, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth order fulfillment •Build lasting relationships with clients through empathy, attentiveness, and service mindset •Maintain accurate sales records and use CRM tools for pipeline tracking •Attend training programs and factory visits to strengthen product knowledge •Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and sales campaigns
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering, Business, Architecture, or related fields is a plus) — new graduates are encouraged to apply
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and curiosity
  4. Comfortable working on-site or traveling within your assigned region
  5. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  6. Able to handle stress and work well under pressure
  7. English proficiency is preferred; Chinese language is a plus
