1.Procurement & Sales Operations:
Manage end-to-end purchasing and sales processes to ensure efficient commodity supply chain operations and market demand fulfillment.
2.Supplier Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers, ensuring supply chain stability and cost-effectiveness.
3.Strategic Procurement Planning:
Analyze market trends, formulate procurement strategies, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
4.Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels to align supply with sales demand, minimize overstocking, and improve capital turnover rate.
5.Multilingual Communication:
Proficient in Chinese + English + Thai or Chinese/English + Thai for seamless cross-border business coordination.
6.Supply Chain Optimization:
Design and implement supply chain improvement initiatives to support business growth objectives.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบและเป้าหมาย
1.การดำเนินงานจัดซื้อและการขาย:
ดูแลกระบวนการจัดซื้อและขายแบบครบวงจร เพื่อรับรองประสิทธิภาพของห่วงโซ่อุปทานสินค้า และตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาด
2.การจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับผู้จัดหา:
สร้างและรักษาความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์กับผู้จัดหา เพื่อรักษาความมั่นคงและความคุ้มค่าด้านต้นทุนของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน
3.การวางแผนจัดซื้อเชิงกลยุทธ์:
วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาด ออกแบบกลยุทธ์จัดซื้อ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพ
4.การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง:
จัดการระดับสต็อกให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขาย ลดการสต็อกเกิน และเพิ่มอัตราการหมุนเวียนทุน
5.ทักษะภาษา:
สามารถใช้ภาษา จีน + อังกฤษ + ไทย หรือ จีน/อังกฤษ + ไทย ได้คล่อง สำหรับการประสานงานธุรกิจข้ามประเทศ
6.การปรับปรุงห่วงโซ่อุปทาน:
ออกแบบและดำเนินโครงการปรับปรุงห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการเติบโตขององค์กร
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business English. Open to all majors with relevant experience.
- 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, sales, or related fields. Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Chinese + English + Thai (written & verbal) or Chinese/English + Thai.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ability to align procurement/sales strategies with business goals.
- Proficient in SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools to optimize decision-making.
