Job Descriptions
1.Receive Claim / Complain information from customers by contacting the phone, E-Mail. 2.Analyze the cause of the problem both in And outside the process. 3.Answer Corrective Action documents in time according to the time specified by the customer. 4.Control the number of work pieces that the customer sends back in order to repeat the inspection and send the work back to the customer specified. 5.Support the need to double-check problems at customers. 6.Negotiate with clients in case they can not do as a customer by customer satisfaction. 7.Supporting the exchange of parts to meet customer specifications. 8.Supporting debt reduction work caused by Claim. 9.Revise Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan when the PCR is filed to change the production process. 10.Review Limits from customers 11.Progress report to the supervisor to acknowledge in monitoring the work until the problem can be closed. 12.Perform tasks according to the command of the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Sex :Male , Age : 30 - 40 Years
  2. Education : Bachelor degree / Major course Industrial Engineering
  3. Working experience & Skill : QA,QC Automotive
  4. Other Experience : Plastic Injection , Painting Automotive part
