Job Descriptions
- Machine setup, startup, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting
- Safe handling of tools and accurate positioning of machine parts
- Understanding of technical concepts such as temperature, pressure, fluid control, and material properties in the casting
process
- Diecast injektion
- Understand product drawings and design specifications and set up casting machines accordingly
- Follows quality control procedures and inspects
- Constantly examines room for improvement in casting machine setup and parameter adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production

- การปรับปรุงและประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ ระบบ การดำเนินงาน และกระบวนการของบริษัท (การหล่อแบบอะลูมิเนียม)
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎความปลอดภัย รวมถึงควบคุมพนักงานให้ปฏิบัติตามความปลอดภัย
- กำกับดูแล 5 ส. ในแผนก
- ควบคุมและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของระบบการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
- จัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการและรายงาน KPI ให้กับฝ่ายบริหารทุกเดือน
Qualifications
- การศึกษา ปวส - ปริญญาตรี สาขาอุตสาหกรรม-วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง บริหารจัดการภายในแผนกได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งาน ติดตั้ง และบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรหล่อ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในกระบวนการหล่อโลหะ
- สามารถใช้เครื่องสำนักงานได้ MS. OFFICE ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจแบบได้
- มีความรู้เรื่อง ระบบ ISO 9001 : 2015-14001 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้าน DAICASTING injektion 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
