Infrastructure Management: - Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement proactive measures to prevent disruptions and downtime to be ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network and server systems. - Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. - Manage server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and backup solutions. Technical Support: - Provide daily technical support tasks to internal users and affiliate companies, resolving hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and assisting with system configurations. - Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently. Documentation and Training: - Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, network configurations, and standard operating procedures. - Provide related training and knowledge sharing sessions to internal staff and end-users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Internal and Cross-Funcitonal Support: - Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement IT projects and initiatives. - Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents outside of normal business hours. - Be a champion on emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions and improvements. Security and Compliance: - Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT systems and data from cybersecurity threats. - Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience (minimum 5 years) in managing enterprise-level infrastructure and network systems.
Experience providing technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, and troubleshooting network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, vLANs, and routing protocols)
Working Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Hybrid work arrangements and Flexible working hours
