Job Descriptions
1.รับบผิดชอบการบริการและประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซมสินค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาลูกค้าให้ได้เร็วที่สุด
2.รับผิดชอบการวางแผนและจัดตารางช่างบริการเพื่อออกบริการลูกค้า ตามสถานที่ที่นัดหมาย
3.รับผิดชอบดูแลสต๊อกอะไหล่ และการดูแลพื้นที่บริการ ของฝ่าย Service
4.ดูแลเรื่องการเบิกจ่ายอะไหล่ จากคลังสินค้า
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านงานบริการหลังการขาย
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office, สามารถใช้ Vlook up,Pivot Table จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและมีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- เริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันสูงได้
