Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QA/Testers (both manual and functional) to ensure quality standards are met.
- Design, develop, and review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for mobile and web-based applications, especially in payment and policy service systems.
- Oversee manual testing efforts with a strong focus on front-end and end-to-end user experience (mainly on iOS and Android).
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to gather testing requirements and clarify expected results.
- Validate bug fixes, manage regression testing, and ensure readiness before product releases.
- Create and maintain test documentation including UAT scripts, defect logs, test summary reports, etc.
- Identify and implement process improvements for QA practices.
- Support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the QA team.
- Monitor progress, allocate tasks, and report status to project managers or relevant stakeholders.
