Job Descriptions

Process vendor invoices and staff reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner; Perform 3-way matching (PO, GR, Invoice) and resolve any discrepancies with relevant departments; Prepare payment runs and ensure payments are made according to company policy and due dates; Maintain accurate AP records and ensure proper documentation is filed for audit purposes; Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end closing activities; Assist in monitoring cash flow related to payables and support internal/external audit requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome);
Familiar with AP processes, local tax regulations, and common financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP);
Familiarity with AR procedures and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP);
Good communication skills and a proactive team player;
Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure;
