Job Descriptions
1.รับผิดชอบธุรกรรมทางการเงิน (รับ - จ่าย)
2.จัดทำงบการเงิน และรายงานประกอบการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.จัดทำ LC D/P, Forward Contract
4.จัดทำ Tax Payment, E System
5.จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบการปิดงบ
6.จัดทำ F/S to DBD, RD
7.ตรวจสอบการลงรหัสบัญชีในเอกสาร ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของเอกสาร รับเงิน - จ่ายเงิน และกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร
8.ตรวจสอบการบันทึกบัญชีให้ถูกต้อง
9.จัดทำการเงินของบริษัทฯ ให้รับ - จ่าย อย่างถูกต้องและประหยัด
10.จัดทำรายการเงินที่เป็นเงินตราต่างประเทศ พร้อมการแลกเปลี่ยนที่ประหยัดที่สุด
11.ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการ / ธนาคารในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
12.มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ - ลูกหนี้
13.สามารถสื่อภาษาอังกฤษและตอบเมลล์ได้
Qualifications
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีและการเงิน
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 8 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจสามารถปิดงบการเงินได้ และสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Sale Export / LC Letter / DP Sight
- หากมี CPD และสามารถปิดงบได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
