Qualifications
  1. ยินดีต้อนรับ ทุกเพศ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีการเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบัญชีหรือการเงิน อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ Express จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการ AP, AR หรือบัญชีต้นทุน
  6. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีอากร และกฎหมายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  8. มีความซื่อสัตย์ มุ่งเน้นความถูกต้อง และความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  9. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ / ขับรถยนต์ /มอเตอร์ไซค์ มีใบขับขี่
  10. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที่ พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  11. ทำงานร่วมกับทุกระดับในองค์กรได้ดี ประสานงานกับส่วนต่างๆ ทั้งในและนอกองค์กรได้ดี ขอความร่วมมือ ขอความช่วยเหลือ

รายละเอียดงาน - ดูแลรับผิดชอบด้าน AP/AR - ลงรายการบัญชีที่เกิดขึ้น (รับ-จ่าย) ระบบบัญชีต่างๆ ในบริษัทฯอย่างถูกต้อง - จัดทำเอกสารวางบิล ใบกำกับภาษีและใบเสร็จรับเงินให้ลูกค้า - จัดทำและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องเอกสารใบสำคัญรับเงิน และใบสำคัญจ่ายเงิน - จัดทำหนังสือรับรองหัก ณ ที่จ่าย - จัดเรียงเอกสารใบสำคัญทุกประเภท ให้สามารถอ้างอิงได้ เพื่อความสะดวกและรวดเร็วสำหรับการบันทึกบัญชี - จัดทำรายงานภาษีประจำเดือน - เคลียร์ค่าใช้จ่ายออฟฟิศ ในระบบบัญชี - ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง - งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
