Network Engineer (Security)
1. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problem.
2. Onsite replaceing faulty hardware components when required.
3. Upgrading hardware and system.
4. Responding to technical support tickets.
5. Manage multiple cases at one time.
6. Following up with customers to ensure the problem is resolved.
7. Explain to customers about the root cause of their problem and resolution.
8. Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineers or related field.
- At least 0-3 years of experiences in network engineer.
- Experience in implement and consult network solution using various technologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of network system.
- Cisco certificate is required. (CCNP Enterprise)
- Good command of English.
