Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: 1.Supervise and control warehouse operations to ensure efficiency. 2.Verify and manage inbound and outbound stock accuracy according to the system. 3.Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure stock readiness at all times. 4.Coordinate with purchasing, transportation, and other related departments to ensure smooth operations. 5.Prepare relevant documentation such as receiving notes, issue slips, and transfer forms. 6.Monitor and maintain warehouse area to comply with 5S standards and safety regulations. 7.Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock counts and report any discrepancies. 8.Support the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) or related ERP systems. 9.Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. 10.Regularly report operational performance and issues to supervisors. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: 1. ดูแลและควบคุมการดำเนินงานในคลังสินค้าให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 2. ตรวจสอบและจัดการการรับเข้า – จ่ายออกของสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามระบบ 3. ดูแลสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory) ให้มีความถูกต้องและพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ 4. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายขนส่ง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การทำงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น 5. จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า เช่น ใบรับสินค้า ใบเบิก ใบโอน 6ควบคุมและตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน 5ส และความปลอดภัย 7. ดำเนินการตรวจนับสินค้ารายวัน รายเดือน และรายปี รวมถึงรายงานความคลาดเคลื่อนของสต๊อก 8. สนับสนุนการใช้งานระบบคลังสินค้า (WMS) หรือ ERP ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 9. ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และลดความผิดพลาดในการดำเนินงาน 10. รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานและปัญหาที่พบให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Good understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety standards.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic command of English (reading and writing).

มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐาน (การอ่านและเขียน)
