Job DescriptionsAs a Branch Support Specialist, you are responsible for answering all of question from the branch, troubleshooting problems, Coordinating on problems happened in branches, including seeking for the solutions with related parties.
1.Preparing documents for signboard tax and property tax.
2.Preparing data on LOS system and Service Area.
3.Coordinating with related departments and other agencies.
4.Coordinating on problems happened in branches, including seeking for the solutions with related parties.
5.Setting priority an all problems/issues and tackle in sequence accordingly.
6.Doing PowerPoint / Power BI report and report to supervisor weekly to ensure ever problems/issues are solved smoothly.
