1. Financial Planning & Budgeting • Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans for trading, retail, and real estate portfolios. • Work with department heads to align budgets with sales targets, cost controls, and capital expenditures (CAPEX). 2. Financial Analysis & Business Performance Monitoring • Analyze revenue, profit margins, and operating expenses across multiple business units. • Conduct product/category profitability analysis for retail and trading. • Track rental yield, occupancy rates, and real estate asset performance. 3. Sales & Inventory Forecasting (Retail & Trading Focus) • Work with sales teams to forecast demand, pricing trends, and inventory turnover. • Ensure inventory levels are optimized to reduce holding costs and stockouts. 4. Real Estate Investment & ROI Analysis (Real Estate Focus) • Analyze property acquisition opportunities, rental yield, and capital appreciation. • Provide financial modeling for new real estate investments and developments. 5. Cost Control & Efficiency Improvements • Identify areas to reduce operational costs, negotiate supplier terms, and optimize logistics costs. • Monitor retail store operating expenses and recommend efficiency measures. 6. Financial Systems & Data Automation • Improve financial reporting processes using ERP, BI tools, and automation. • Standardize financial dashboards for executive reporting.
