Job Descriptions

1. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve test-related issues. 2. Develop and improve test software using programming languages such as C# or LabVIEW. 3. Provide direct support for tester issues and minimize downtime. 4. Deliver training and maintain documentation related to test processes. 5. Perform yield and failure analysis and provide timely feedback. 6. Conduct failure analysis (FA) for both customer and supplier returns. 7. Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and properly maintained. 8. Manage spare parts and consumables to prevent equipment downtime. 9. Analyze and troubleshoot failed units and perform debug operations. 10. Lead and document debug training for relevant teams. 11. Coordinate with other Test Engineers and ensure timely feedback. 12. Prioritize and assign Debug WIP (Work in Progress). 13. Provide data and reports to support failure analysis efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in a manufacturing or optical communications environment.
Proficient in one or more programming languages such as C# or LabVIEW.
Understanding of industry standards and test protocols for fiber optics.
Familiarity with SQL Server and database handling.
