Job Descriptions
-รับแจ้งปัญหาและข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าผ่านช่องทาง โทรศัพท์, ไลน์ (LINE), และอีเมล
-ให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ และช่วยวิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางด้าน IT
-จัดลำดับความเร่งด่วนของปัญหา และประสานงานกับทีมเทคนิคเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
-ติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหา และแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าทราบ
-บันทึกข้อมูลการให้บริการและปัญหาที่ได้รับแจ้งลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช, ปวส, หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบเครือข่าย (Network), อุปกรณ์ Hardware และ Software
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถให้คำปรึกษาและอธิบายปัญหาทางเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างเข้าใจง่าย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center หรือ IT Support จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ หรือในช่วงวันหยุดได้
