Job Descriptions
•Support the sales team in daily operations. •Follow up key client accounts, handle inquiries, quotations, and close sales deals professionally. •Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. •Monitor market trends and customer feedback to recommend product and sales improvements. •Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  4. Good command of English (written and spoken).
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  7. Service-minded with a proactive attitude.
