Job Descriptions•To provide customer service, including inquiries, order tracking and feedback
•To communicate with customer to understand their needs and explain delivery rule
•To build relationships with clients by occasional visit or communication
•To negotiate with customers for non-pricing issue such as delivery, inventory, etc.
•To collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
•To prepare sales information and report to support sales team and other related parties

Qualifications - Female, Age 25 – 35 years old, Thai nationality
- Diploma / High Vocational / Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, economic and related field
- Experience 0 – 2 years
- Good Microsoft office skills
- Able to communication basic English
