Job Descriptions

1. Translation of documents, interpreting, and translating meetings 2. KPI Management: Responsible for setting and monitoring the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of teams and departments to ensure that each task is carried out according to the set goals. 3. Investment Assistance: Assist the team in analyzing investments and provide advice on market research and investment opportunities. 4. On-site Inspection Tracking: Regularly inspect the operations at actual sites to ensure that various projects are executed according to the planned schedule. 5. Meeting Management: Responsible for organizing meetings both within the department and cross-departmental to ensure smooth conduct and timely follow-up on meeting outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese language or related field is required.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience is required. Candidates with experience in investment analysis or project management will be given special consideration.
Strong communication and coordination skills are required. Ability to work smoothly within a team is essential.
Knowledge of KPI management tools and related work processes is required.
Fluency in English will be an advantage and will be given special consideration.
Ability to work under pressure is essential.
