Job Descriptions
Specific Responsibilities
- Pull data from ILCM and related systems to assist the Shipping Coordinator in daily outbound plans.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of outbound activities.
- Prepare shipping schedules, transport plans, and delivery confirmations in coordination with freight forwarders and the customs team.
- Generate and update reports related to shipment tracking, delays, and issue logs for supervisory and customer review.
- Monitor daily plans and promptly revise them based on customer updates received via email or phone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relate field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to go to work by yourself.
