Job Descriptions
1.RFQ : ประชุม Kick-off ร่วมกับ APQP ทีมเพื่อวิเคราะห์และงความเป็นไปได้ในการผลิตของผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่(ความพร้อมของเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์)
ทบทวนรายการวัสดุเบื้องต้น (innitial Material list) , CAD data , ข้อมูลจากลูกค้า
ทบทวนจัดหาผู้ผลิตสำหรับส่วนประกอบ , แม่พิมพ์ , CF และเครื่องมือที่จำเป็น
2. Award project : Kick off new project meeting with APQP team.
ประชุม Kick-off โปรเจ็คใหม่ร่วมกับ APQP team.
3. Feasibility product design, preliminary analysis simulation(CAE) and inform result to the customer.
ทบทวนการออกแบบสินค้า , จำลองและวิเคราะห์เบื้องต้น (CAE) และแจ้งผลให้ลูกค้าทราบ
4. Meeting with the customer and receive required information and set schedule from the customer.
ร่วมประชุมกับลูกค้า , รับของมูลที่จำเป็นและร่วมกำหนดแผนงานกับลูกค้า
5. Review Design Failure Mode&Effects Analysis (DFMEA) (IF)
ทบทวนการวิเคราะห์ข้อบกพร่องและผลกระทบของกระบวนการออกแบบจากข้อบกพร่องต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น (ถ้ามี)
6. Selection supplier with puschase & QA department.
ทำการคัดเลือกผู้ผลิตร่วมกับแผนกจัดซื้อ และ แผนกคุณภาพ
7. Set schedule with sale team & Supplier to meet customer milestone.
กำหนดแผนงานร่วมกับ ทีมขาย และ ผู้ผลิต ให้ได้ระยะเวลาตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
8. Supplier control : Follow up status , control spec of tooling and component part with suplier.
ติดตามสถาณะ ควบคุม spec ของแม่พิมพ์และส่วนประกอบกับผู้ผลิต
9. BOM review
ทบทวนการจัดทำรายการวัสดุผลิต
10. Trial tooling&solve problem with APQP team.
ทำการทดลองและแก้ไขปัญหาแม่พิพม์ร่วมกับ APQP team.
11. Prepare part for painting test , perfermance test , assembly test ETC...
จัดเตรียมชิ้นงาน เพื่อ การทดสอบพ่นสี , การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพชิ้นงาน , การทดสอบประกอบ หรือ อื่นๆ
12. Review inspection sheet , Inspection initial part and confirm checking fixture data with QA team. ทบทวนการทำแบบฟอร์มการตรวจสอบ(inspection sheet) , ตรวจสอบงานเบื้องต้น และยืนยันความถูกต้องของ CF กับแผนก QA
13. Make trial report. จัดทำรายงานผลการทดลอง
14. Review final BOM update. (incase additon , reduce ,dicard or change) ทบทวนการอัพเดท BOM ล่าสุด(ในกรณีที่มีการเพิ่ม , ลด, ยกเลิก หรือ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง)
15.Review packing design concept , ทบทวนออกแบบแนวคิดบรรจุภัณฑ์
16. Review design history record . ทบทวนบันทึกประวัติการออกแบบ
17. Suppport document KPI , IATF16949 สนับสนุนเอกสาร KPI และ IATF16949
18. invent and design new products คิดค้นและออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
19. Other assigned by manager or supervisor. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการแผนกหรือผู้บังคับบัญชา
20. Work 5 days per week ; Monday - Friday , 8.00 - 17.00 and OT.(if necessary) ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ; วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ , 8.00 - 17.00 และ OT(ถ้ามีหรือจำเป็น)
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- age 30 years old up
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts,design,communication arts,architecture,or other related fields
- Personnel with at least 4-5 years of experience in automotive
- Can use CAD, 3D, Sketchup, Photoshop, IIIustrator or other design programs as well.
- Experience working in furniture, Interior design will be an advantage
- Can use Tooling,CNC
- Computer Skills of Auto CAD,Solid work,catia,NX,Ansys,B-sim,Mold flow,catia
- Computer Skills of Auto CAD,Solid work,catia,NX,Ansys,B-sim,Mold flow,catia
- Working 5 day (Mon-Fri 08.00 am- 5.00 pm.)
