质量检验员工作岗位内容 / Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities
1. 原材料检验 / Raw Material Inspection
- 来料检查：对采购的金属、塑料、螺丝、涂层等原材料进行抽样检验，确保符合技术规格（如硬度、厚度、耐腐蚀性等）。
Incoming Inspection: Conduct sampling checks on purchased raw materials (metals, plastics, screws, coatings, etc.) to verify compliance with technical specifications (e.g., hardness, thickness, corrosion resistance).
- 供应商管理：记录不合格物料并反馈给采购部门，协助与供应商沟通改进。
Supplier Management: Document non-conforming materials, report to procurement, and assist in supplier communication for improvement.
2. 生产过程质量控制 / In-Process Quality Control
- 首件检验：在生产线启动或更换模具后，检查首件产品是否符合图纸和工艺标准。
First-Article Inspection: Verify the first produced unit after line startup or mold change against drawings and process standards.
- 巡检抽检：定期巡视生产线，随机抽查半成品的关键尺寸、表面处理（如电镀、喷涂）质量。
Patrol Inspection: Routinely audit production lines, randomly checking semi-finished products' critical dimensions and surface treatments (e.g., plating, painting).
- 工艺监督：确保冲压、焊接、组装等工序符合作业指导书要求。
Process Monitoring: Ensure stamping, welding, and assembly processes adhere to work instructions.
3. 成品出厂检验 / Finished Product Inspection
- 全检/抽检：根据客户要求或行业标准（如ISO 9001、ASTM等）对成品进行功能测试（如扭力、承重、动平衡）、尺寸测量、外观检查（无划痕、锈蚀）。
100%/Sampling Inspection: Perform functional tests (e.g., torque, load-bearing, dynamic balance), dimensional measurements, and visual checks (scratches, rust) per client requirements or standards (ISO 9001, ASTM).
- 包装检查：核对产品标签、装箱数量、防锈措施（如油封、真空包装）是否符合要求。
Packaging Audit: Verify product labels, packing quantities, and anti-rust measures (e.g., oil sealing, vacuum packaging).
4. 检测工具与设备管理 / Testing Equipment Management
- 仪器校准：维护游标卡尺、千分尺、硬度计等检测工具的精度，定期送检校准。
Instrument Calibration: Maintain precision of calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, and arrange periodic calibration.
- 测试设备操作：熟练使用拉力试验机、三次元、盐雾测试机等模拟环境耐久性。
Test Equipment Operation: Operate tensile testers, CMMs, salt spray chambers for environmental durability simulation
Qualifications
- Familiar with stamping processes (such as continuous dies and single-stage dies) and material properties (such as stainless steel, aluminum plates, SGCC, SPCC). - 熟悉冲压工艺（如连续模、单工程模）及材料特性（如不锈钢、铝板、SGCC、SPCC）。
- Understand the quality standards of common surface treatments (electroplating, spraying). - 了解常见表面处理（电镀、喷涂）的质量标准。
- Those who can operate hardness testers, roughness meters, three-dimensional measuring machines (CMM)and other equipment are preferred. - 会操作硬度计、粗糙度仪、三次元等设备者优先。
- Basic computer skills (Excel/ Data entry in quality inspection system). - 基础电脑技能（Excel/质检系统录入数据）。
- Sense of responsibility: Meticulous and rigorous, capable of independently judging the qualification of products, and possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills - 责任心：严谨细致，能独立判断产品合格性，有较强的分析和解决问题的能力
- Physical condition: Adapt to the workshop environment (noise, oil stains), capable of standing to work or handling medium and small-sized workpieces. - 体力条件：适应车间环境（噪音、油污），可站立工作或搬运中小型工件。
- Teamwork: Communicate quality issues with the production, technology and purchasing departments. - 团队协作：与生产、技术、采购部门沟通质量问题。
- Stress resistance: Be able to adapt to the working pace and pressure of the factory. - 抗压能力：能够适应工厂的工作节奏和工作压力。
