Job Descriptions
- Supervise the production of shaping to ensure it follows the prescribed process.
- Set up and operate plastic injection-molding machines and Robot Programming.
- Inspect tools needed to complete mold change.
- Assuring quality of the parts being molded meet part specifications including part drawing.
- Perform routine maintenance on molds such as cleaning and fixing water breaks.
- Simple troubleshooting of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Perform routine records data according to requirement.
- Performing molding machine repair and maintenance per quality system requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Has experience in the position of mold/machine technician in the plastics industry for at least 2 years or more.
- Has good knowledge of molds / raw materials and machinery in the plastic industry.
- Diligent and patient
- Can work overtime and attend the night shift.
- ** Can communicate in English.
