Job Descriptions
1. Participate in the assembly, debugging, and on-site installation of non-standard automated equipment / 参与非标自动化设备的组装、调试及现场安装工作
2. Complete the assembly and debugging of mechanical and electrical components according to design drawings and technical requirements / 根据设计图纸和技术要求，完成机械、电气部件的组装与调试
3. Assist in resolving technical issues during equipment assembly and debugging / 根据设计图纸和技术要求，完成机械、电气部件的组装与调试
4. Participate in equipment trial runs and performance optimization to ensure the equipment meets design requirements / 参与设备的试运行及性能优化，确保设备达到设计要求
5. Prepare equipment debugging reports and related technical documentation / 编写设备调试报告及相关技术文档
6. Provide technical support to the after-sales team and resolve on-site issues for customers. / 配合售后团队提供技术支持，解决客户端现场问题
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or related fields / 高中及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业
- Fluent in either English or Chinese for direct communication. / 英语或中文能简单交流
- Understanding of mechanical principles and electrical control basics, familiarity with common mechanical processing techniques / 了解机械原理、电气控制基础知识，熟悉常用机械加工工艺
- Strong practical ability, proficient in using common tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, multimeters, etc. / 具备较强的动手能力，能熟练使用常用工具（如扳手、螺丝刀、万用表等
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plus / 能看懂机械图纸和电气原理图，熟悉AutoCAD或SolidWorks等软件者优先
- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo motor systems and their applications / 了解气动、液压、伺服电机等自动化元件的工作原理及应用
- Hardworking, good teamwork and communication skills, willing to travel as needed(CHINA/VN/INDIA) / 吃苦耐劳，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能适应出差（中国/印度/越南)
- Internship experience or project involvement in non-standard equipment assembly and debugging is preferred. / 有非标设备组装调试实习经验或参与过相关项目者优先。
