Job Descriptions
Make production plan to meet manufacturing operational requirement and to ensure efficient and cost effective production process.
•Ensure daily production requirement are achieved to meet customer expectation.
•Reach and Reschedule the production plan when need to accommodate unexpected situation.
•Monitor and summarize the production performance to relevance department.
•Determine product delivery date base on material availability and labor capacity.
•Ensure and manage the appropriate inventory for production, develop inventory control techniques.
•Monitor production rates and raw material price, contacting vendors and checking inventory.
•Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Language listening and speaking: Chinese or English is better
- •Software: EXCEL (Proficient in using formulas such as‘x lookup’and ‘sumifs’at a moderate level);
- Have working experience at least 1 year about Production planning in automotive industry
- Have Knowledge about IATF16949 and ISO 14001
- Advanced conversational high level of English or Chinese language
- Good stress resistance
- Be able to adapt to overtime work on weekdays and weekends, and have a strong sense of responsibility
