Job Descriptions
1. บันทึกและตรวจสอบรายการบัญชีประจำวันให้ถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป 2. จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบสำคัญจ่าย, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และใบกำกับภาษี 3. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมยอดลูกหนี้และเจ้าหนี้ พร้อมติดตามการชำระเงินและการชำระหนี้ 4. บันทึกและดูแลบัญชีทรัพย์สินถาวร พร้อมคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา และประสานงานการตรวจนับ 5. จัดทำรายงานภาษีต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.3, ภ.ง.ด.53 รวมถึงนำส่งกรมสรรพากรให้ตรงตามกำหนด 6 ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและจัดทำงบการเงินเบื้องต้น พร้อมจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีและการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง 7. ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลทางบัญชี 8. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานด้านบัญชีให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ถูกต้อง และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
  3. มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี, ภาษีอากร และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานรายงานทางการเงินไทย (TFRS)
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP และ MS Excel ได้ดี
  6. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ครอบคลุมหลายด้านบัญชี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
