Job Descriptions
1. ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ทรัพยากรที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดการคลังรถยนต์ เช่น อุปกรณ์ บุคลากร พื้นที่ และความจุ ให้เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ ตามข้อกำหนดที่กำหนดไว้
Evaluate and analyze the necessary resources for vehicle yard management, such as equipment, personnel, space, and capacity, to ensure they are appropriate and efficient in accordance with the specified requirements.
2. ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและจัดการงานประจำคลัง เช่น รับ-ส่งรถ ล้าง ชาร์จ ซ่อม บำรุง ตรวจนับ และบริหารหน้างาน พร้อมปรับแผนให้เหมาะกับสถานการณ์ และแก้ไขปัญหาในงานคลังสินค้า
Coordinate with clients and manage daily warehouse operations such as vehicle receiving and dispatching, washing, charging, repairing, maintenance, inventory checking, and on-site management. Adjust plans as necessary to fit the situation and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.
3. จัดทำขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานต่าง ๆ เพื่อใช้ควบคุมและบริหารงานโลจิสติกส์รถยนต์ทั้งระบบอย่างเป็นระบบและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Establish procedures and standards to systematically and efficiently control and manage the entire vehicle logistics operation.
4. วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและกระบวนการทำงาน เพื่อวางแผนและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของบริษัท
Analyze costs and work processes to plan and monitor operational performance in alignment with the company’s cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals.
5. ออกแบบกระบวนการและมาตรฐานงาน วางแผนและผลักดันโครงการ พร้อมแก้ไขปัญหาระหว่างดำเนินงาน ให้สอดคล้องกับธุรกิจคลังรถยนต์และการบริหารจัดการ
Design processes and work standards, plan and drive projects, and resolve operational issues to align with vehicle yard operations and overall management strategies.
Qualifications
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ในระดับที่ดี (HSK4-5) หรือสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารคลังสินค้ารถยนต์ทั้งคันหรือคลังสินค้ารถยนต์สำเร็จรูปขนาดใหญ่ (CBU) อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป At least 1 year of experience in managing a complete vehicle warehouse or a large-scale finished vehicle warehouse (CBU).
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้งานระบบคลังสินค้า VLS/WMS และโปรแกรมสำนักงาน (Office software) Proficient in using VLS/WMS warehouse management systems and office software.
- มีใบขับขี่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย และมีทักษะการขับขี่ที่ชำนาญ Holds a legally valid driver’s license in Thailand with proficient driving skills.
