Job Descriptions
1. 负责公司日常采购工作，包括但不限于分包商、设备、办公用品等；
Responsible for the company's daily procurement activities, including but not limited to subcontractors, equipment, office supplies, etc.;
2. 与供应商进行谈判，确保采购成本最优；
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal procurement costs;
3. 维护与供应商的关系，确保供应链的稳定性；
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure supply chain stability;
4. 跟踪采购订单的执行情况，确保按时交货；
Track the execution of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery;
5. 处理采购过程中的问题，如质量、交货期等；
Resolve issues related to procurement, such as quality and delivery timelines;
6. 定期进行市场调研，了解市场动态，寻找新的供应商；
Conduct regular market research to understand market trends and identify new suppliers;
7. 编制采购报告，向上级汇报采购情况；
Prepare procurement reports and update superiors on procurement status;
8. 完成上级交办的其他临时性任务。
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，采购、物流、供应链管理等相关专业优先 Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- 1-3年采购工作经验，有物流行业经验者优先 1-3 years of procurement experience, logistics industry experience is a plus.
- 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Office Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in MS Office .
- 中文较好，具备听说读写能力 HSK5 Good Chinese, with listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
- 熟悉采购流程，具备良好的谈判技巧 Familiar with procurement processes and possess strong negotiation skills.
- 敏锐的人才洞察力与业务理解力，能快速融入业务场景 Keen talent assessment and business acumen; ability to integrate with business operations swiftly.
