Job Descriptions
1.ประเมินและวางแผนจำนวนทรัพยากรที่ต้องใช้ในคลังอะไหล่ เช่น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อุปกรณ์ บุคลากร พื้นที่ และความจุ ให้เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Evaluate and plan required resources in the spare parts warehouse, including facilities, equipment, staff, space, and capacity for efficiency.
2.ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและจัดการงานประจำในคลัง เช่น การเปิดกล่อง รับสินค้า ตรวจนับ จัดเรียง เก็บเข้าที่ เบิกจ่าย แพ็คสินค้า จัดการอุปกรณ์ว่าง และบริหารหน้างาน พร้อมปรับแผนตามสถานการณ์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
Coordinate with clients and manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, counting, storing, issuing, packing, handling empty equipment, and on-site problem solving.
3.วิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและกระบวนการดำเนินงาน วางแผนและติดตามผล เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของบริษัท
Analyze costs and processes to plan and monitor performance, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
4.รับผิดชอบการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังให้ยอดบัตร ยอดบัญชี และของจริงตรงกัน
Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock, stock cards, and accounting records.
5.นำทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย พัฒนาทักษะพนักงาน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของฝ่าย
Lead the team to achieve goals, develop staff skills, and enhance department performance.
Qualifications
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญภาษาจีนกลางและภาษาไทย (ทั้งการพูดและเขียน) ระดับ HSK4-5 Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Thai HSK4-5
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลคลังสินค้าโดยตรง Direct experience in warehouse management.
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป A bachelor's degree or higher qualification
