Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ทำจ่ายเงินให้กับเจ้าหนี้ทั่วไป
- ลงบันทึกรายการในระบบ Express
- จัดทำรายการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ภงด3 และ ภงด 53
- จัดทำเอกสารเบิกจ่ายพร้อมทั้งเอกสารสำคัญจ่าย
- ติดต่อเอกสารทำจ่ายเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และจัดเก็บเอกสารการทำจ่าย
- จัดทำรายงานเพื่อควบคุมการจ่ายที่ได้ทำจ่ายไปแล้ว
- รับวางบิลจากเจ้าหนี้
- จ่ายเช็คให้เจ้าหนี้
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาและติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดทำเอกสาร
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และสามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express ได้ในระดับดี
- สามารถทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
