Job Descriptions
- Coordinates work assignments for the Customer Service Representatives. - Serves as the contact point via call center or sometimes as a front line of Customer Service by answering phone calls, returning messages, and answering emails from complaint customers. - Monitors the customer concerned cases, escalates and troubleshooting its concern to relevant departments, recording and monitoring till the case can be closed. - Arranging the documents for submitting to management for sign approval and filing the completed documents away for future reference. - Communicates with the department of concern and customer to handle the customer concern issue and resolve problem. - Arranging weekly customer complain report with follow up and analyze.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in call center / customer service, if have experience in handling OCPB case would be advantage.
  2. Analysis skills
  3. Communication clearly
  4. Cross functional skill
  5. Microsoft Office skill 
  6. English language skill
