Job Descriptions
- ควบคุม ดูแลหน้างานก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแผน - ประสานงานระหว่างทีมงาน ตัวแทนผู้ว่าจ้าง และผู้รับเหมา - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน - กำหนดและควบคุมมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยให้ถูกต้องตามกฏหมาย - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและความถูกต้องของวัสดุ - จัดทำแผนงานโครงการ รายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน ที่สามารถทำได้จริง - รายงานความคืบหน้าของงานทุกวันให้แก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา - วิเคราะห์และรายงานปัญหาพร้อมแนวทางแก้ไข - สั่งซื้อวัสดุล่วงหน้า 7 วันทำการ และให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งานและเหมาะ สม - ตรวจสอบการส่งงวดงานของผู้รับเหมาให้ถูกต้อง
Qualifications
  1. อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
  2. ขับขี่รถยนต์ได้
  3. สามารถรับแรงกดกันและปรับตัวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อยู่เสมอ
  4. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
  5. ใช้เลเซอร์วัดมุม หรือ Total Station และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
  6. เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีความอดทนและพร้อมรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่เสมอ
  7. ทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ เดินทางต่างตังหวัดได้
  8. มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย
  9. ใช้โปรแกรม AUTOCAD / 3D ได้
