Job Descriptions

1.Plan and organize manpower to meet customer requirement; -Work with production control to provide schedule to maximize each machine utilization -Provide only qualified operator required for build schedule 2.Control unit to ensure high productivity and quality -Verify & provide proper toll & handling equipment with process concur to operators -Verify & provide meaningful instruction with the process concur operators -Be able to interpret and demonstrate to supervisor and operators per process instruction -Verify problem that related to productivity & quality and take a proper action 3.Direct and motivate for control supervisors and subordinates to maximize their effort to carry out their tasks and goal 4.Ensure for good & working environment -Verify & provide safety & good environment to production area -Direct & control subordinates to follow safety & house keeping rule, regulation & ESD 5.Plan and control usage of indirect material including in-process scrap inventory aging and line loss 6.Plan and provide training to develop their subordinates 7.Co-ordinate/co-operate with supporting group regarding to quality, productivity and material 8.Prepare information for control line performance factors -Periodically submit area highlight report -Maintain quality system as per quality requirement -Disciplinary action in their own area 9.Work expectation -Refer to quality acceptance rate -Good housekeeping and discipline control in his/her area -Maintain quality system and ESD awareness
