Job Descriptions
•Identifying and monitoring pests, diseases, and other quality and food safety. •Developing and implementing strategies to control or eradicate pests and pathogens using environmentally safe and effective methods. •Ensure that all site areas meet the company sanitation standard •Support consumer complaint investigations related with pest issue •Conducts daily line audits to ensure all area such processing, packing, warehouse, site utility comply with company standard •Organizes regular site pest control audits, contact pest control contractor for remedial services. Identify action and provides feedback to pest management. •Ensure swab test are conducted and recorded on a timely basis. •Provides quality training, guidance to operators, visitor, contractor for GMP rule. •Providing guidance on proper use of chemical and sanitation protocols. •Maintaining detailed records of inspections, treatments, and compliance efforts. •Preparing reports for regulatory authorities or internal stakeholders. •Leads to identify risk assessments of construction activities and major maintenance to immigration risk •Provides training for employees onboarding, refresh training and OJT related with sanitation and GMP •Ensure hygienic design compliance with company policy and ensure zero risk of contamination •Ensure spending within QA budget.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in food science, Mocrobiology, Chemistry or a related field.
  2. Experience at least 3 years in food manufacturing or similar environment, with a focus on sanitation, housekeeping and pest management program.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.
  4. Ability to use English for communication and understand technical documents, regulation and report.
  5. Strong knowledge of sanitation, hygienic design and pest management program.
  6. Position requires regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
