Job Descriptions
1. Production Process Layout:
Collaborate with IE (Industrial Engineering) to design and arrange various workstation processes for product manufacturing.
2. Takt Time Management:
Work with IE to measure takt time and output a line speed comparison table.
3. Production Abnormality Handling:
Collaborate with quality inspectors, line leaders, and key operators to quickly identify root causes of abnormalities on the production line, provide temporary production solutions, resume production, and drive issue resolution through closed-loop improvement.
4. Employee Skill Training:
Conduct hands-on training and certification for new employees; audit the operations of existing employees and promptly correct any improper or erroneous operations that may impact quality and efficiency.
5. Efficiency Improvement:
Together with the line team and IE, take responsibility for line-hour efficiency and per capita output. In addition to quickly resolving production issues, work with IE on line balancing and workstation-level lean improvements (e.g., point-of-use material placement), collaborate with process and R&D teams on product manufacturability improvements, and with the quality team on mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke).
6. Documentation Development:
Revise production operation documents based on actual mass production practices to ensure clarity and alignment with high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-safety manufacturing requirements.
7. Rework Plan Development for Finished Goods:
For machines requiring rework due to in-process quality isolation or sample inspection failure, identify root causes, issue rework plans, and guide rework operations on the production line.
8. Assembly Technical Specification Development:
Based on current product assembly processes, prepare or revise technical specifications for product assembly, including specifications for pulsator, drum, and dryer final assembly, as well as tooling and equipment management guidelines.
9. Improvement of First Pas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with more than 3 years of work experience; familiar with manufacturing production technology, process standard development, and quality management knowledge.
- Must have factory on-site process technology experience, ability to analyze on-site process issues, and optimize personnel layout; experience in the washing machine industry (pulsator, drum, dryer) is preferred.
- Proficient in CAD drafting and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office); knowledge of 3D modeling software such as UG (Unigraphics) is a plus.
- Strong innovation ability, communication and coordination skills; detail-oriented and responsible in work.
