Employment Type: Permanent staff Work hours: Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30 / or 07.30 - 16.30) Based on: Head Office, New Petchaburi Road, BKK Near MRT - Petchburi / BTS - Prompong / Italthai pier ------------------------------------ Job objectives;- To oversee and manage the procurement process within the organization. It includes responsibilities related to sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient acquisition of products and services to be used in our clients' construction projects To support the corporate future goals: be a Procurement Business Partner, Long-term agreement partnership, Global sourcing and international purchase Key responsibilities;- - Lead and manage the buyer team (both Engineering and general procurement) , providing guidance, support, and performance feedback - Oversee the entire procurement schedule and process from requisition to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and subcontractors, conducting negotiations to secure advantageous terms. - Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable agreements. - Review both technical and commercial terms for the supplier selection and process and approve Purchase Orders. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce overall procurement expenses. - Collaborate with relevant construction sites and projects as well as internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations to resolve issues of procured goods and services - Utilize procurement software and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency - Analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Support the Procurement Division's management to perform the assigned duties and tasks

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields
At least 5-7 years of experience in major equipment and/or construction materials procurement preferably in a construction or EPC environment (over 3 years in leading team)
In-depth knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices
Familiarity with ERP, procurement software, and tools.
Good command of English Proficiency (Listening, Speaking, and Writing) is a must
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
