Job Descriptions
-ร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชากำหนดกลยุทธ์และวางแผนการสนับสนุนการขายร้านค้าช่วงเพื่อให้ยอดขายเพิ่มขึ้นและยอดขายเป็นไปตามเป้าที่วางไว้ -วางแผนและกำหนดงบประมาณที่เหมาะสมและวางแผนการ เลือกใช้งบประมาณให้เหมาะสม -ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีม และร่วมร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาปรับกลยุทธ์และแผนงานเพื่อให้สอดดคล้องกับการแข่งขันของตลาด -บริหารจัดการยอดขายร้านค้าช่วงที่เป็นเป้าหมายหลักของแต่ละสาขา และผลักดัน/ ส่งเสริมการขายร้านค้าช่วงเป้าหมายร่วมกับฝ่ายขายองค์กร -บริหารการพัฒนาหน้าร้าน,กิจกรรมการตลาดและดูแลสิทธิประโยชน์ของร้านค้าช่วงเป้าหมาย เช่น ผลประโยชน์จากการซื้อ, การสะสมดะแนน, บริการด้านการขนส่ง และการสื่อสารโปรโมชั่นต่างๆทั้งทาง offine และ online -เก็บข้อมูลทางการแข่งขัน การความเคลื่อนไหวในตลาดกลุ่มลูกค้าร้านค้าช่วง รวมทั้งวิเดราะห์และวางแนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาตลอดจนรายงานและสื่อสารผลการดำเนินงานร่วมกันภายในแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง -ควบคุม ดูแล และสนับสนุนการทำงานของทีมงานให้ดำเนินได้ตามแผน รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 30 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาออกแบบ บริหารธุรกิจ สาขาการจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. สามารถเดินทางได้ มีใบขับขี่
  4. มีบุคลิกดี มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มีความอดทนรับแรงกดดันสูงได้
  5. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และ โปรแกรม Excel(Pivot,Vlookup),Ms Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
