Job Descriptions
1.ตั้งหนี้ค่าใช้จ่ายและจ่ายชำระเจ้าหนี้
2.วางบิล เปิดบิลใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบกำกับภาษี/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ค่าเช่า ค่าบริการ ค่าน้ำค่าไฟ
2.ติดตามหนี้ตัดรับชำระจากลูกหนี้ นำฝากเช็ค เงินสด
3.ทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้ ลูกหนี้คงเหลือ
4.ทำภาษีซื้อ-ขาย นำส่ง ภงด.3,53 ภพ.30
5.ออกหนังสือหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
6.ตรวจ Statement
7.ทำเงินสดย่อย เงินทดรองจ่าย
8.ทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบให้ผู้ตรวจบัญชี
9.นับสต็อคสินค้า
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง
- อายุ23-40ปี
- จบป.ตรี บัญชี
- มีความเข้าใจระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีความสามารถในการประสานงาน
- สามารถสื่อสาร เข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น
- สามารถสื่อสาร เข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น
- สามารถทำงานใต้ความกดดันได้
