Job Descriptions

- Provide internal support to employees using systems such as Salesforce, AppSheet, Asana, and LookerStudio. - Troubleshoot and analyze issues to distinguish between user errors and system-related problems. - Resolve issues quickly and advise users on how to prevent recurrence. - Collaborate with developers for backend/system-level fixes, translating user needs into technical insights. - Identify root causes by examining flow and logic. - Act as a “translator” between technical language and everyday user language. - Conduct training, create user manuals, and proactively offer system-related guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp both big-picture and detailed system functions.
Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex topics.
Logical thinker with systematic problem-solving abilities.
Friendly, service-minded, and not afraid to ask questions.
Prior experience with Salesforce, AppSheet, Asana, or LookerStudio is a plus.
Experience bridging users and developers is highly valued.
