Job Descriptions
• Responsible for Employee Engagement Survey
• Monitoring and updating the Welfare and Benefits of employees
• Responsible for Group Insurance
• Responsible for Annual Health Check
• Responsible for document control of the Human Resource department
• Other jobs assigned by the leader
****Working day Monday – Friday, 07:50 – 16:50
Benefits
Fixed Allowances:
• Position Allowance: 1,700 (Non-IT) -2,200 (IT) THB/month
• Housing Allowance: 2,400 THB/month (applicable after passing probation)
Other Allowances and Benefits:
• Daily Food Allowance 55 THB/working day
• Diligence Allowance: minimum 500 THB/month
• TOEIC Score ≥700: additional 1,800 THB/month
• Shuttle Bus Service
• Provident Fund (applicable after passing probation)
• Medical Expenses Coverage (applicable after passing probation)
• Annual Health Check-up (applicable after passing probation)
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age 22-27 Years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- 0-2 Years Experience in Employee Relations (New grads are welcome)
- Good Command in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Able to use Computer Basic Business Software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- TOEIC score of 400+ or English level equivalent to Intermediate
