Job Descriptions

1.Asst. Supervising Production – Oversee the processing of Fly Catch Ribbon, Rat glue Catcher & Paper Tape. 2.Process Optimization – Ensure efficient use of machinery and resources to maximize yield and reduce waste. 3.Quality Control – Monitor product quality, conduct tests, and ensure compliance with Company standards. 4.Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with Company Regulations and Labor Law guidelines. 5.Team Management – Asst. Supervise workers, assign tasks, and provide training on operating procedures. 6.Maintenance Coordination – Work with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. 7.Inventory & Reporting – Track raw materials, production output, and prepare reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications

Sex : Female
Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Electrical, Electronic , Mechanical, Robotic engineering or related fields (preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a production or Robotic , with at least 3 years in a head or supervisory role.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of production equipment and processes. Knowledge of Robotic Systems.
Knowledge of Kaizen management will be an advantage *** Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
