Job Descriptions

-Establish and maintenance IATF16949、management system -Responsible for optimize procedure, Monitor the operation of IATF16949、management system， report the situation to management team -Responsible for assisting department managers, directors/general managers in organizing management reviews, setting company goals, and ensuring decomposition at various functional levels -Responsible for organize internal audit( system、process and product), accompany customer audit and third party audit， organize root cause investigation、Action develop and follow up -Responsible for deal with customer complaint and feedback 8D report -In charge of documents management -Coach subordinate and evaluate their performance

Qualifications

Fluent in English (as Thai) or fluent in Thailand (as Chinese)
BS Degree in mechanical or metal materialFamiliar with machining and casting process
Familiar with IATF16949 、management system
Familiar with customer special requirements and customer website
Familiar APQP\FMEA\PPAP\SPEC\MSA and other quality tools
With experience on establish IATF16949 management system, More than 3 years experience on system management
