Job Descriptions
1. Preventive Maintenance of complete Phosphates plant
- Support subordinates to complete product change over jobs on time and follow the plant startup, Support shift persons.
- Maintain documents for ISO and other Audits.
- Execute the planned jobs.
2. Trouble shooting of all PLC based packing machines, Burners and field instrument.
- Corrective action, Support shift technicians to carry out the jobs.
- Report & record the problem analysis to HOD for corrective.
- Review problem found to another area to correction.
3. Calibration of instrument.
- Support training calibration for all type instrument equipment.
- Calibration records of all instruments.
4. All modification job and new project implement.
- Learn on the job for DCS hardware and software implementation.
- Support engineering activity for all job modification (Like instrallation Engineering, FAT, SAT, Commissioning and stratup.
- Update documentation and records.
5. Develop Engineering plant management skill.
- Plan to support subordinate tools, equipment and spare part.
-Manage time frame for job maintenance and support subordinate to completed job on time.
- Report and record problem found on equipment or job to HOD.
- Co-ordinate with HOD for make plan to purchase, repair equipment spare.
6. Indenting of material and material management.
- Ordering Spare parts, Maintain the critical spares, Life cycle analysis.
Qualifications
- Available to work in shifts.
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant industries, such as chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
- English communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant instrumentation.
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in instrumentation.
