1.Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and business objectives. 2.Find and engage new customers interested in using the company’s services. 3.Identify clients' specific needs in the logistics industry. 4.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships. 5.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in logistics, analyze competitors, and uncover potential business opportunities. 6.Develop and present materials to highlight the strengths and competitive advantages of the company’s logistics services. 7.Handle contract and pricing negotiations with clients to balance profitability with customer satisfaction. 8.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends. 9.Lead and manage a sales team, offering necessary training, support, and guidance to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Male or Female, aged 30–45 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields.
Proven track record of success in logistics sales with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
Ability to communicate in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of the logistics industry, including Import/Export regulations, Incoterms, and transportation management.
Possess a network and customer base that can be leveraged for business growth.
Own car and valid driving license (for client visits).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
