Job Descriptions
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิต ให้เป็นไปตามแผนผลิต และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ - ตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด - แก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิตอย่างทันท่วงที - ตรวจสอบและติดตามข้อมูลการผลิตรายกะ รายวัน - จัดทำข้อมูลการผลิตรายเดือน รายไตรมาส รายปี - รวบรวมข้อมูลปัญหา วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และนำเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไข - ศึกษาและประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต พัฒนากรรมวิธีการผลิตใหม่ๆ ให้ดีขึ้น - ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมพนักงานในสายการผลิต - ประสานงานกับแผนก QC/QA ในการตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ - ประสานงานกับทีมช่างเทคนิคในการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร และวิธีการใช้งาน
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกกรมเครื่องกล, เคมี, อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านในโรงงานอุสาหกรรมพลาสติก อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และเข้าใจกระบวนการ Extrusion จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ความเป็นผู้นำ และการทำงานเป็นทีม
  5. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมนำพาทีมงานให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  6. มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และการคิดวิเคราะห์
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
  8. เปิดกว้าง มีใจรักในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
  9. สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้
  10. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 หรือระบบอื่นๆ
  11. วันทำงาน : 08.00 - 17.00 (หยุดเสาร์ เว้น เสาร์)
