4. Coordinate with Global HR department for planning policy and strategy
Recruitment
1. Develop and implement recruitment plans based on the company's development needs, and complete recruitment tasks(Back office+Store Recruitment).
2. Fully understand the characteristics of each recruitment channel, fully leverage channel advantages, and improve recruitment efficiency.
3. Assist in analyzing and adjusting talent profiles, drawing and updating talent maps.
4. Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement plans, and complete recruitment data analysis.
