Leadership & Team Development : 1. Develop and implement a maintenance team development plan to reduce machine downtime. 2. Use effective tools for task tracking and communication. 3. Promote collaboration and discipline through coaching. Technical Expertise : 1. In-depth knowledge of main equipment. 2. Perform structured RCA and implement long-term corrective actions. 3. Optimize PM based on equipment criticality ranking. 4. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards. 5. Work Execution & Delegation. 6. Effectively assign and monitor maintenance tasks. 7. Lead by example and foster team accountability. 8. Encourage skill development and support technicians’ growth. 9. Communication & Cost Control. 10. Coordinate PM schedules with the planning team. 11. Use data-driven insights to improve reliability and reporting. 12. Manage spare parts and control maintenance spending vs. budget. 13. Deliver progress updates and reliability reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
5–10 years in maintenance with proven results.
Experience in the food or beverage industry preferred.
Preventive Maintenance using CMMS.
Project Management.
Mechanical or Electrical systems (machinery, utilities, automation).
Energy & Utility Management (steam, compressed air, refrigeration).
Risk Assessment & Mitigation (maintenance/projects) Leadership & Team Management.
CCross-functional collaboration (Production, QA, Safety, Procurement)Administrative & Communication.
Budgeting (OPEX, CapEx).
Contractor & Vendor performance management.
Compliance reporting and audit readiness.
