Job Descriptions
•Sourcing and preparing rates for our overseas network (Air & Sea). •Replying to rate inquiries. •Preparing promotional rate tariffs to our Overseas network. •Handling bookings and schedules with the carrier and freight forwarder •Preparing and updating shipping schedules to Shipper and Consignee at destination •Coordinating shipments and providing relevant information •Managing customer inquiries and solving problems efficiently •Handling of nominated shipment from overseas customers •Issuing invoices for collection payment and follow-up for overdue payments •Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls •Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers •Issuance of house BL/HAWB
Qualifications
  1. 2-3 year experience in inbound and outbound Air, Sea, Land freight
  2. Bachelor's Degree in logistics (preferred)
  3. Good command of written and spoken English
  4. Experience in customer service in the import-export field.
  5. Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or import-export cargo
  6. Experience in handling DG cargo is an advantage.
  7. Extremely Proactive, Responsible, and well-organized
  8. Can work under pressure
  9. Proficiency in MS office, ERP and database Management
  10. Experience with ERP (Oracle) is an advantage
